The name "Apotheos" draws from apotheosis—the act of elevating something to its highest, most divine form. For us, that something is coffee.
Inspired by the Enlightenment-era coffeehouses where ideas and communities flourished, our roastery is housed in the restored 1902 fellowship hall of a historic Methodist Church, founded in 1877.
With over 30 years of combined coffee experience, we don't just sell beverages. We craft meaningful experiences, connecting artisans, customers, and neighborhoods through the shared ritual of a perfect cup.
